1. Acceptance of Terms
By using any Psyvrse bot (including but not limited to Pax, Ludus, and Villicus), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service (TOS). Use of Psyvrse bots is a privilege, not a right. Failure to follow these terms may result in the suspension or revocation of access at Psyvrse Development Studios' discretion.
2. User Responsibilities
- Do not attempt to modify, hack, or disrupt any Psyvrse bot or its ecosystem.
- Do not engage in activity that violates Discord's Terms of Service.
- Do not use Psyvrse bots to harass, threaten, or harm other users.
- Respect all server rules and moderation guidelines where Psyvrse bots are deployed.
3. Enforcement and Consequences
Psyvrse Development Studios reserves the right to:
- Temporarily or permanently suspend your access to any Psyvrse bot.
- Delete or ignore any user data collected by Psyvrse bots if rules are violated.
- Restrict features or revoke privileges without prior warning.
Violations include, but are not limited to:
- Breaking the Discord Terms of Service.
- Exploiting bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in Psyvrse bots.
- Harassment, spamming, or malicious interference with the Psyvrse ecosystem or other users.
4. Limitation of Liability
Psyvrse Development Studios provides all bots “as-is” and does not guarantee uninterrupted service. By using Psyvrse bots, you acknowledge that the developers are not responsible for:
- Any direct or indirect damage caused by bot usage.
- Data loss or server disruptions resulting from user actions.
- Conflicts between server rules, Discord policies, and Psyvrse functionality.
5. Rights Reserved
Psyvrse Development Studios retains all rights to:
- Update, modify, or remove any feature of Psyvrse bots at any time.
- Change these Terms of Service without prior notice; continued use implies acceptance of the updated TOS.
- Enforce these terms at their sole discretion to protect the ecosystem, users, and community integrity.
6. Acknowledgement
By using Psyvrse bots, you agree that:
- You have read, understood, and accepted this TOS.
- Your use of Psyvrse bots is voluntary.
- You understand that violation of this TOS may result in restricted access or complete removal of your ability to interact with Psyvrse bots.
