Terms of Service

Welcome to Ludus Discord Bot. By using Ludus, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service (TOS). Please read carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use the bot.

1. Compliance with Discord TOS

You must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Any misuse that violates Discord's rules may result in immediate removal from Ludus and a Discord-wide bot blacklist.

2. User Responsibilities

Do not attempt to hack, modify, reverse-engineer, or disrupt Ludus in any way.
Do not spam commands, crash the bot, or abuse features.
Respect other users’ experiences. Harassment, threats, or offensive behavior is prohibited.
Using multiple accounts to exploit the bot or evade bans is strictly forbidden.

3. Bot Limitations

Ludus may experience downtime, bugs, or interruptions. We are not liable for any loss of data or interruption in service.
Music playback and other services may be limited by technical restrictions or API limits.

4. Prohibited Activities

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to Ludus or its infrastructure.
Using Ludus for illegal activities or sharing illegal content.
Creating exploits or malicious scripts targeting Ludus or other users.
Attempting to bypass command limits, cooldowns, or monetization restrictions.

5. Enforcement & Consequences

Violations may result in immediate bans from Ludus and its servers.
Your Discord account and all alternate accounts may be blacklisted if caught breaking these terms.
Repeated or severe offenses can result in permanent removal from all associated Ludus services.

6. Privacy & Data

Ludus respects your privacy. We only collect minimal data required for bot functionality, such as command usage stats. We do not sell or share your personal data.

7. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Ludus constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Major updates will be announced in our support server.
